Discovery Build Retainer

Three ways to work together.

A small menu, by design. The point is depth, not breadth.

01

Discovery. Two weeks of looking around.

Conversations with you and a few of your people. Time spent with the actual work — the spreadsheets, the inboxes, the slow Tuesdays. At the end, a short, plain-English memo: what's worth automating, what isn't, and what we'd build first.

  • ·4–6 working sessions across two weeks
  • ·Stack audit (current tools, gaps, integrations)
  • ·Written recommendation memo
  • ·Scoped proposal for build phase, optional
02

Build. Four to eight weeks of doing.

Set up your LLM provider. Wire it into the tools you already pay for. Write the skills your work actually needs. On-site onboarding for the team, one or more days as the engagement requires.

  • ·Workspace setup & access
  • ·Custom MCP servers and tooling
  • ·Skills tailored to your workflows
  • ·In-person onboarding sessions
  • ·Internal documentation and runbooks
03

Retainer. Monthly, ongoing.

After build. New skills as the business changes. Onboarding for new hires. Office hours for the team. The relationship lasts as long as it's useful — most of mine have been more than a year.

  • ·Monthly check-ins with leadership
  • ·Async support for the team
  • ·New tools and skills as needs evolve
  • ·Quarterly on-site visits
