01

Build around the operating work.

The program began with the work already happening across Outlook, Slack, Zoho, OneDrive, Excel, loan records, and recurring reporting. The design principle was simple: meet people in those tools whenever possible, while creating a more reliable operating layer underneath them.

That produced connected lending operations, model-facing data access, daily briefing and reporting workflows, and reusable instructions for recurring analytical work.

The work stays in familiar tools.

02

An independent first look at every package.

The Agentic Analyst reviews incoming loan packages, develops an independent underwriting recommendation, and identifies potential capital partners. It returns a structured memo to the team’s inbox and records decisions and feedback for future reviews.

It keeps missing information explicit, respects deals the credit team has declined, and requires approval before changing the capital-partner credit boxes.

From incoming package to an independent credit view.

Intake

Team workflow

Return & learn

A structured memo in the inbox, with decisions and feedback recorded.

One response per deal. Missing facts stay explicit. Declined deals stay closed. Credit-box changes require approval.

03

Make recurring work repeatable.

The work extends from recurring reports and spreadsheets to reusable analytical workflows. Each workflow brings its sources, instructions, and review expectations into one process.

Clear ownership and reviewed outputs keep the team in control. Cycle time and output quality provide a more useful basis for improvement than activity counts alone.

Reusable

Turn repeated prompts and ad hoc practices into named workflows that the team can run consistently.

Governed

Keep source context, permissions, review, and human judgment visible inside the process.

Measured

Track cycle time and output quality, not just seat activity or request volume.

Put AI to work in your operations.
